SEC filing alerts
Watchlist and subscription settings can notify users when selected companies publish relevant forms. Supported preferences include forms such as 8-K, 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, and S-3.

Controls that reduce repeat notifications
Each three-minute scan should not become another notification. User preferences and configurable cooldown windows suppress repeated alerting for the same unread ticker event.
